Return Policy

We stand by our products 100%. If you are not satisfied we will issue you a store credit of your order value. You will be responsible to provide the return postage. The store credit will be issued once the items have been received by us. Please note your original shipping cost with your order is non-refundable.

Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item, you must do it within 10 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are only eligible if its unused, unwashed and not altered in anyway. Exchanges for different designs are not accepted. Email us at for instructions.

Damaged or Defective Item: If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 10 days of receiving your order and we will get it sorted out immediately. Email us at

Return Window: We accept returns for in-store credit up to 10 days from receiving your order as long as it's unused, unwashed and not altered in anyway.

Cancellations: Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel any orders more than 24 hours from the time of purchase. 

Clearance Items: All clearance items are final sale. We can not exchange or refund any clearance item.

If your order shows "delivered" and you did not receive it. Please contact your local courier and file a claim.

We are not responsible if the given address is incorrect and we will not replace or refund with store credit if it is delivered to the incorrect address. Please contact us before it ships to change the address if you find any errors with your address.
